About this homestay
We live in a 2 storeyed 14 year old brick home directly opposite a very quaint little Cafe. It is very popular within this community.
There are 3 local buses which constantly pass by our home. Two of the buses, No. 250 and No. 251 have a stop across from Dennis Train Station. Both of these bus lines go directly into Melbourne CBD, both pass by Melbourne University.
In the other direction the No. 250 bus goes to LaTrobe University and No. 251 goes to Northland Shopping Centre.
Bus No. 552 will take you to the local Shopping Centre called Northcote Plaza. Otherwise it is a 10 minute walk from our home.
We have two local parks within 5-10 minutes walk where many people walk their dogs.
Seven houses down the road is the Northcote Aquatic and Leisure Centre which has one 50 metre outdoor pool and two indoor pools.
We have a family owned gym which you will have free access to which is 15 minutes walk or a 5 minute bus ride.
We are accustomed to having overseas students and guests staying in our home.

Nice airy light bedroom with window overlooking small enclosed outside courtyard. The room has a wardrobe, adjustable desk and bedside table with a lamp. The main light in the bedroom has a dimmer switch. The room has A/C.
