Hi, I'm Grace and I have 4 years experience as a host. In the past I've host both under and over 18 years old student. I have working with children check. I work in the health department.
The house is in Preston and 2 minutes walk from the tram stop. It takes about 45 minutes on the tram to get to the CBD (if course it also depends on the traffic).
The Northland shopping centre is about 5 minutes bus ride away (and bus stop is also 2 minutes walk away), and Preston market about 15 minutes walk.
We are very friendly and respectful. So we are looking for the same students to live with us.
