About your new Flatmate:
Queer, hybrid corporate marketer who pet-sits on the side.
I keep a clean and ordered - yet cozy home, and I'm in my late 40's.
I like to cook and host a dinner or small house party now and then but most evenings it's a drama Netflix serial. On the weekends, I'm usually out at galleries, music or artsy cultural things, and I play tennis twice a week.
About you:
I'm looking for emotionally mature, independent people who can have a conversation but equally like their space and who are respectful and considerate of others.
They like to keep a neat, clean home, and don't need rosters to pull their weight around the house. Maybe they cook and like to share a meal here and there.
This home would suit a mature-age student or someone who has share-housed before.
