Homestay in Yarraville for $400 per week

Friendly, experienced, retired couple (university graduates) with large modern house - 6 minutes from the station (which is 13 minutes from Melbourne). Very convenient to Melbourne University, RMIT, Royal Melbourne Hospital and the city campuses of other unis. Also close to many english language schools (eg Holmes, Ability etc) and Victoria & Swinburne universities. House has 100 Mb/s fibre internet and WiFi.
One room has wardrobe, bookcase, desk, lamp, queen-size bed. Bathroom shared with up to one other person. Another room is similar but with single bed and bathroom not shared. Family dinners are varied, tasty and generous.
We can assist with airport pickup, help with the public transport system and tickets, bank account, mobile phone and internet. Willing to help with english conversation and explain homework.
We have hosted more than 40 guests since 2012 (mostly students) for between 10 days and 3 years and made many friends! We look forward to inviting new friends into our home.
