Homestay in Glen Iris

We are a couple living in a large house in Glen Iris, a short walk to Ashburton train station and 200 metres from a bus stop, offering connections to Glen Iris station and Chadstone Shopping Centre. The house is in a quiet, safe street within walking distance to the Ashburton Shopping Strip. Both the library, the swimming pool and gym facilities are close by.

We have hosted 6 overseas students previously and our current homestay student is leaving us after a 6-year stay, having obtained employment overseas, so we are once again looking for an East Asian female student.

You will be made welcome in our home and be treated like one of our family. We can provide references from past homestays.

The room has a king-single size bed with plenty of cupboard space, a bedside table and desk with a lamp. Bedding and towels are provided or you may supply your own. Dinner is supplied daily and breakfast is self-serve. Laundry facilities are provided which you may use anytime. The only cleaning we would like you to do is your room plus the shower and bathroom which you will be using. High-speed internet is included as well as the use of a printer and scanner.
