Room available, neat and clean, can be closed off from main house. Recently renovated kitchen available for use, shared with owner. It is very close to the Berwick Campuses of both Monash University and RMIT, with a direct bus line running to the station as well.
My home is ideal for students/workers/travelers who wish to have plenty of space, be it for studies or work, but with the added bonus of being close to the shops, cafes/bistros and restaurants in Berwick
The Clayton Monash Campus is a 20 minute train ride away and the Caulfield Campus is about 40 minutes away. Melbourne Uni and RMIT is a 50 minute train ride into the city. The Caulfield Campus of Monash is about 30 minuted by train.
