Homestay in Bulleen

This room and house will be great for you, if you are after a safe location in a safe neighbourhood which is surrounded by lush green trees and very close to public transport. Takes you 2 mins walk to get bus direct to Melbourne CBD within 30 mins.

We are originally from China and have been in Australia for over 10 years. Daughter can speak fluent English, Chinese and basic Japanese.

We like to do exercises such as jogging, swimming, therefore, we have cross-trainer and few fitness equipment at home.
We are making Chinese dumplings each month by ourselves, you will be satisfied if you like Asian food.

Who we are looking for someone who is clean, responsible and treats the house, its members with care and respect.

We want you to have a great stay and will be happy to talk to you about any of your needs.

Your room is spacious with ample light, queen bed, desk with lamp and a build in robe for hanging and storage. Room is covered by timber floor. You'll also have a bathroom and toilets in both downstairs and upstairs. A upstairs lounge and sitting area is shared.

We've had a lot of success hosting and recently had to say good bye to our last Deakin Uni student and Melbourne who stayed with us.

Rules: please be respectful, clean and pay rent on time.

NOTE: We have a 5 year old dog who is very affectionate and a beloved member of the family who will certainly cuddle up and study with you late in the night.
