We have trams and buses stopping 200 m from our home. Essendon Train station is only away.
Highpoint shopping centre (one of the largest shopping centres in Melbourne is one block away (10 min walk).
An indoor swimming complex is only a few hundred metres away.
We are only a few hundred metres to the Maribyrnong river which has beautiful walking and bike paths.
The house is a prestigious, heritage listed home with an ultra modern extension.
Our home is quite large and you will have your own bedroom with attached ensuite or a second bedroom with a separate bathroom that would be for your exclusive use. Your downstairs bedroom would be quite a distance from our families upstairs bedrooms.
Large open plan living. There is also a quiet room you can use to study or chill out in if you want alone time.
If you are musically inclined, we have a keyboard piano and guitars you can use to practice.
A bamboo lined garden offers a tranquil place to relax and unwind.
You will be sharing the house with our family of 4 which includes our two sons aged 11 and 13.
