i have a room available for a female student with a double bed ,wardrobe, desk. Internet. house has 3 bedrooms. you will have seperate bathroom and toilet. I have a small white dog - maltese shihshu who is 8 mths old. there are 2 main tram lines within 15 min walk being Sydney road tram and Melville Road tram which go into city. also train station is about 20-30 min walk. location is central and is approx 10 kms from city.
