Hello, my name is Michelle and I live in a quiet, relaxed and friendly home.
Your room is comfortable with a double bed, desk, draws, wardrobe, heater and fan. Shared bathroom with me and there is also a second toilet. Open planned living space with small yard and a BBQ. There is also a bicycle you can use and board games.
I am clean, tidy, respectful and I am very happy to help you with whatever you need. All bills included and internet. I can provide breakfast, lunch, dinner for extra fee.
Gilbert Rd tram walking distance. Regent train station is a few minutes walk away - goes to Melbourne Uni, RMIT and the city. It takes approximately 40 mins by train or tram to get to the city.
Close to cafes and parks, Woolies supermarket, Preston market, Merri Creek and Edwards Lake. Bus to Northland shopping centre.
20 minute drive from the airport and a taxi/uber will cost you between
$35-50.
