Homestay in Balwyn for $430 per week

With 2 and a half years of homestay experience to international students, this might be your home away from home with everything you need, including public transport right on the doorstep. My husband and I are relaxed and friendly. We will help you settle into Melbourne and your super-comfortable room. We're happy to help you learn English and support you as you study here. We have a four bedroom home with 2 bathrooms, large living and kitchen areas, plus a big verandah. $430pw includes breakfast/dinner M-F and 3 meals on weekends .

Our suburb is lovely, safe and leafy with a high standard of living. University of Melbourne, RMIT, Swinburne University, Hawthorn Institute, Monash University Parkville and Deakin University are all within 1 hour by public transport. It takes 20 minutes to drive to the CBD, or 35 minutes by public transport from our home. The area offers lovely walks, parks, cinemas and shopping nearby, plus every type of sport and gyms. There is a supermarket and cafes just five minutes walk from us. We look forward to meeting you!
