Welcome to your home away from home. We are professional couple with 3 rooms to rent upstairs. Our home has been newly renovated and would love to welcome you.
You will have access to private bathroom, or en-suite, the home is airy and light filled. Spacious common area downstairs with open kitchen and lounge room for you to share.
Each bedroom comes with built in robe and study desk.
The home is walking distance to cafes, grocers, shops and local parks. 2 tram lines run right outside the home ( 48 and 109).
Close to multiple private schools ( Trinity, Ruyton, Carey, MLC, Scotch ). Easy travel into the city to RMIT, Melb Uni, ACU, Monash university.
