Nice, renovated property with clean spacious rooms. Large fully equipped kitchen, fully equipped laundry, high speed internet. Ducted heating and air conditioning. Nice back deck with BBQ.
Very close to Burwood train station (3 min walk) and nearby tram (# 75) to the city & Deakin University. Approximately 25 min train ride to city & 20 minutes door to door to Deakin University, 23 minutes to Swinburne University of Technology. Close to Leo’s supermarket and nearby cafes - Baba Sus, Golden child and Haiku Cafe. Great bike trails nearby - Anniversary trail & nearby Deakin Uni.
Very friendly neighbors, lovely tree lined street with beautiful gardens nearby and near-by amenities.
