It takes only 20-30 mins to get to CBD. You can easily travel to prestigious schools in Balwyn, Kew and Camberwell from here. Close access to Deakin Burwood and Swinburne Hawthorn too.

It is a clean home, free of pets and smoke. The house is mostly quiet as it is just me and my son (high school student) living in the household No visitors or strangers are allowed in for safety reasons.
