Looking for a clean, respectful student to join our quiet family home. We’re a friendly household with a couple(m&f) and 1 Uni Student daughter. We enjoy a peaceful, welcoming environment.
You’ll have your own fully furnished bedroom with a bed, desk & chair, wardrobe; natural light – ideal for study and relax.
The bathroom and toilet is only shared with our Uni Student daughter,. It is kept clean and very close to your room. 
Extra spacious room to relax, read, watch TV etc. You are welcome to use the piano. The TV has Netflix, Stan and other platforms that you are welcome to use while here.
Full use of kitchen, laundry, and living areas.
Rent includes Wi-Fi & utilities.
