We enjoy an active lifestyle, spending time outdoors and regularly walking our dog in the park behind our home. Felix is in Grade 3 and is a bright, friendly boy who loves school and sports. Our home life is calm, structured, and respectful, and we value cleanliness, independence, and a positive environment. We live in a three-bedroom plus study townhouse that is spacious and well-maintained. Your room will have a king single bed, desk, TV, and built-in wardrobes with drawers. It connects to a bathroom with a toilet and shower, and the shower will be for your use only. We’re close to the beach, public transport, and local cafes in a beautiful, safe area. We appreciate a clean home and respect for privacy. Our place isn’t a loud household, and Felix spends time between here and his father’s home. Meals can be provided if required.
