Homestay in Southbank for $400 per week

My Southbank apartment has been a wonderful base for study, writing, and creative work — a peaceful, light-filled space close to the cultural life of the city. Located in the heart of Melbourne’s Arts Precinct, it’s within walking distance of the National Gallery of Victoria, the Arts Centre, and the Royal Botanic Gardens, while still being only minutes from the CBD.

Given the home’s proximity to universities and cultural institutions, it could be a great fit for a student of the University of Melbourne Faculty of Fine Arts and Music (Southbank), RMIT, and the University of Melbourne (Parkville), – or a student visiting Melbourne for the first time.

I take great care of the space and would love to host a student who will do the same. The apartment is fully furnished and well-maintained, with natural light throughout, open-plan living, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. I am often away for work, so this apartment would suit a student who enjoys their independence and who is seeking a quiet and inspiring base in Melbourne.
