This is not home-stay.
The rent includes a furnished room, all utilities (electricity, gas & water) & also internet.
No meals included.
The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, hanging & cupboard space, & also a storage room with extra hanging space. The room is very private with its own bathroom (downstairs away from the main part of the house).
The house has heating and airconditioning.
I teach English at Deakin University in Burwood.
I live with my 2 sons, who are 17 and 15.
I would prefer an International student, as I have had home-stay students in the past.
This is a perfect opportunity for you to practice your English.
All my students stayed long-term and we both enjoyed the experience.
