A room is available in our apartment located in King Street, Melbourne CBD.
It's close to the city center, shopping, public transport, restaurant and the casino plus has great access to universities and other education institutions.

Our room includes

- a lock on the door & own key
- a security tag for the building & lift
- a double wardrobe
- the window looks outside onto buildings & the sky

Also available & included in the price is
- a shared kitchen, bathroom, laundry & balcony
- a free gym & swimming pool in the building if you would like to use them
- helping you with your English & spending time having conversations with you

We are looking for someone who
- is independent because we may be busy with other commitments, for example, working during business hours
- is quiet because there are noise restrictions in the apartment block
- is respectful of the property & others
- ideally, wants long term homestay

Note: You pay $720 for the first 2 weeks then $360 each week after that.
