Located in a quite street, with on street parking. My beautiful 2 bedroom, bathroom home is 10 mins to the CBD, 10 minutes to Altona and Port Melbourne beaches as well as Altona Gate shopping centre 5 minutes away. There's a park next door and a dog park within walking distance. We have a decent sized front yard and balcony that gets all of the sunshine. A car would be beneficial, however there are bus stops within walking distance.

Sharing with me, (a young) 37 year old female, I work as a Registered nurse (shift work- mostly nightshift) and run my own business. Im very proud of my home and I like to keep it clean and tidy. Im very outgoing and love to socialise, but also love my alone time. I enjoy cooking and a glass of wine after a long day. Happy to cook meals together or go to the pub if you fancy it. I work most weekends but don't mind a night out when I can. I have 4 beautiful babies- two cats and two little dogs. I like to keep fit by taking the dogs for walks along the beaches or to the dog park, and Ive just started to play tennis at the local court.
