I have a furnished spare room available plus a small study available. Fully furnished house with a shared bathroom and 2 toilets. Large back yard with a garden.
Must be ok with a 2 year old dog who is very friendly.
Looking for someone independant, quiet and respectful to share my home.
Walking distance to a train station and close to shops, gym and library
